Transactions
What is your refund policy?
By policy, we don’t accept refund requests on the sale of digital goods or services unless it’s stated clearly on a published sales page. Here’s why: Digital products and services are much different than physical goods. By returning a physical good to a seller, the merchant gets to keep the original value of that product. With digital goods, a return is a total and complete loss to the merchant, especially once the course has been “consumed.”
While we’re not in this for the money, this hinders our overall mission: To connect the world and help people make money doing what they love. We hope you can understand.
Our membership, courses, and products are centered around growing businesses and learning skills, both of which are undoubtedly difficult and complex to accomplish. It’s our mission to make the complex simple. But the hard work still must be done. Once you learn how, the execution is in your hands.
Rest assured: we obsess over the quality of our learning material and we test everything to make sure that the content works.
Worksite Memberships: Worksite’s 14-day Customer Satisfaction period applies to quarterly and annual subscriptions. Under this policy, the purchase of a Worksite quarterly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 14 days from the initial sign-up date. This is not applicable for renewals. We reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Also, any cost associated with any third-party partner or vendor in order to provide you with digital marketing services may have its own refund policy. It is your responsibility to be aware of them.
If you take advantage of the 14-day Customer Satisfaction period, Worksite owns the rights to any work created during that time, and it may not be used for any purposes.
So instead of requesting a refund, we invite you to ask questions. Send follow-ups on your enrollments. Get the information you need to attain the goals you want. This will help us make better products, and services, and improve the products we have.
Can I pause/cancel my membership at anytime?
If you’d like to “pause” your membership, feel free to cancel your membership and sign back up whenever you’re ready to resume. You will never have a contract, so no need to worry about any extra termination fees. However, there is a setup charge, but you have 60 days from the cancelation fee to not have to worry about it if you decide to start your membership back up. After 60 days the setup charge will need to be paid again since we will need to set everything back up.
Do you offer payment plans?
We currently do not offer a payment plan at this time for any of our memberships, courses, or products. We may in the future if enough members ask for it, but most likely it will apply to courses or guides. However, we do provide you with different ways to provide payment.
Do you offer gift cards, or gifting options?
At this time, we do not. Maybe in the future!
I tried logging in "platform" and it says it doesn't recognize my email address.
There are a few things that may be happening here.
Since we don’t consider ourselves a software company – yet – we use trusted third-party software partners to provide the technology to give you the best experience when it comes to digital marketing.
First, If you are unable to log into a third-party social media management platform, it could be due to several reasons such as incorrect login credentials, technical issues with the platform, or the platform may be experiencing an outage. To troubleshoot the issue, try resetting your password or contacting the platform’s customer support for assistance. It may also be helpful to check for any updates or notifications from the platform regarding known issues or maintenance periods. If you do change the password, please update us so we can still have the necessary access.
Second, and we do see this a lot—you may have entered your email address incorrectly when signing up or making a transaction. No big deal! Just contact us or the third-party partner to check if that is the case. We can handle this as well if you like.
Do you offer any other payment options aside from debit cards, credit cards or major digital wallets?
Not at this time. Send us an email if you have any suggestions or questions.
Do you offer bulk discounts for your memberships, courses, or products?
Unfortunately, no. Through market research, we believe our prices are competitive.
Where can I find my invoice?
After each purchase, you’ll receive a receipt to the email you used to make the transaction. If you’re in a country that requires an invoice instead of a purchase receipt, you can email support@worksitecrew.com to request an invoice. Keep in mind, that we create these by hand, so it may take a few days to get back to you.
I need to reset my password on "third-party" software
We use third-party software and applications, and your accounts are created and managed by their software. Please contact their support to reset your password. If you need assistance or help on this, we would gladly do it for you. Also, please provide us with any new passwords to provide digital management services to your account. It’s the members responsibility to provide updated user information to Worksite and their account management team.
I can't log in to my accounts.

We’d love to! But please do not email your critique requests to our customer service or message our coaches individually.
Instead, stay tuned to our Facebook page — when we’re ready for a new logo critique video, we’ll create a post with further details on how to submit your work for review.
